The Oversight Plan includes all Basic Watch services plus hands-on coordination for contractors, cleaners, and service providers. We open your property, remain present during the work, and ensure everything is secure when we leave.
You don't need to be in Barbados to get work done. We handle the logistics while you stay in control.
We arrive before your contractor, unlock the property, and ensure everything is ready for their work.
We remain on-site during the entire visit. No leaving contractors alone with unattended access.
Before-and-after photos, arrival timestamps, and visual confirmation of work scope.
We lock up when work is complete and send you a summary including receipts if provided.
The Oversight Plan is designed for homeowners who need regular service provider access without being there themselves.
Your cleaner comes every other week. We open up, stay while they work, and lock up when finished.
Gardeners, pool maintenance, or pest control that need regular access to exterior areas and storage.
HVAC servicing, plumbing repairs, or appliance work that requires someone present to let them in.
You arrange directly with your cleaner, gardener, or repair person. Let us know the date and time window.
We check our schedule and confirm we can be there. We request at least 48 hours notice when possible.
We arrive before the contractor, unlock the property, remain present throughout the visit, and document arrival and departure.
We lock up, collect any receipts, and send you a brief report with photos. If issues arise, we communicate immediately.
To set clear expectations, here is what the Oversight Plan does not include:
We don't choose or hire contractors for you. You maintain the direct relationship.
We don't guarantee quality of work. We observe and report, but don't verify workmanship.
We don't negotiate prices or dispute invoices. That's between you and your service provider.
We don't hold cash or pay contractors on your behalf. (That's included in Concierge Plan.)
