Pre-Arrival House Prep

Return to a home that's ready for you. We coordinate everything before you arrive so you can walk in and relax.

Grocery Shopping

Your preferred brands and items, stocked before you arrive or delivered during your stay. One store, your specifications.

How It Works

Taxi Organizing

Airport pickup, restaurant runs, or any trip you need. We book, confirm, and follow up to ensure your ride arrives.

Timing: Most add-ons require 48-72 hours notice. Pre-arrival prep should be booked at least one week in advance.

Important Limitations

Add-ons are designed to be narrow and controlled. Here's what we don't do:

No multi-store shopping trips. Grocery shopping is one store only.

No substitutions without approval. If your brand isn't available, we'll ask before substituting.

No open-ended errands. Each add-on has a defined scope.

No cash advances. Add-on fees are invoiced; costs are reimbursed after the fact.

No same-day guarantees. We need notice to deliver quality service.

No personal shopping. We shop from your list, not on our own initiative.

Add-On FAQs

Can I book add-ons without a service plan?

No. Add-ons are only available to active Door Belle clients with a Basic Watch, Oversight, or Concierge plan in place.

How far in advance should I book?

Pre-Arrival Prep requires at least one week notice. Grocery shopping and taxi organizing need 48-72 hours. Additional visits can sometimes be accommodated with 24 hours notice.

What if an item on my grocery list isn't available?

We'll contact you via WhatsApp with alternatives. We don't make substitutions without your approval unless you've given us prior written permission.

Can I get a refund if I cancel an add-on?

Add-ons cancelled with more than 48 hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50%. Same-day cancellations are charged in full.

Do you store my grocery preferences?

Yes. We keep a record of your preferred brands, stores, and any dietary restrictions or allergies to make future shopping faster and easier.
