Door Belle was created to fill a specific gap in Barbados: homeowners who are away frequently—whether they're part of the diaspora, frequent travelers, or seasonal residents—need reliable, trustworthy oversight without the complexity and cost of full property management.
We recognized that many homeowners don't need someone to manage their property full-time. They need someone to check that the power is on, that there are no leaks, that the AC is functioning, and that everything remains secure. They need photo documentation and clear communication, not unnecessary upsells or complicated service packages.
